Mahcart (mahcart.com, mahcart.in) is an online marketplace operated by Mavorium Sacred Enterprises, B-138, 2nd Floor, Office 202, Ganesh Nagar, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi 110018. By using Mahcart you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must give true details, verify your mobile number by OTP and keep your password safe. One person may hold one buyer account.

Orders and Verified Delivery

Sellers are independent businesses responsible for their products. After delivery you have a scan window to check the parcel. If you reject it with a valid reason, a return and refund are started as described in the Returns policy.

Points

Mah Points and MAI Points are loyalty rewards with no cash value outside Mahcart discounts until other uses are announced. Points can be withheld or reversed for fraud, returns or misuse. Discounts from points are capped per order (currently 1% for free users and 5% for premium users). Reviews that earned points are labelled.

Prices and fees

Prices, platform fees and plans may change. Changes apply to new orders and new billing periods, with notice for subscriptions.

Prohibited use

No fraud, fake reviews, fake orders, attacks on the platform or illegal items. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
