Returns & refunds

After delivery you get a scan window (normally 60 minutes) to film the parcel and check it with AI. If it is damaged, wrong, tampered or incomplete, reject it on the order page: a return pickup is arranged and your refund is processed after the owner's approval, normally within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (COD refunds by UPI or bank transfer).

Accepted orders can be returned within the return window shown on the order (normally 7 days) for eligible categories.
