What we collect

Name, contact details, addresses, orders, payments status, device and IP information for security, and — for sellers and delivery partners — KYC documents and a face verification video with your consent.

Why

To run orders and deliveries, prevent fraud, verify identity, provide AI assistance and meet legal duties.

Biometric data

Face verification videos are encrypted, seen only by the verification team, and deleted automatically after verification (normally within 90 days); only the result is kept. We do not store full Aadhaar numbers.

Sharing

With sellers and couriers only what is needed to deliver; with payment and AI service providers under contract; with authorities when required by law. We never sell your data.
