Seller agreement

This agreement is between you (the seller) and Mavorium Sacred Enterprises, B-138, 2nd Floor, Office 202, Ganesh Nagar, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi 110018. You must tick acceptance during business setup; we record the date, time, IP and version.

Listing

Your account is created instantly. Products go live only after KYC is verified. You are responsible for genuine products, correct descriptions, brand authorisation, taxes and invoices.

Fees and payouts

Commission, platform fees and plan prices are shown in your dashboard and may change with prior notice. Payouts follow your plan's cycle after the buyer accepts the parcel and the return window closes.

Trust Grade

Your GREEN / YELLOW / RED flag is calculated from AI review and verified buyer reviews. You can see the reasons and appeal. RED sellers lose COD and new listings until the flag improves.

Verification

You agree to document checks, a face verification video with a spoken code, and a live video call if needed.

Company safety

We may hold payouts, suspend listings or close accounts involved in fraud, fake reviews, counterfeit goods or legal risk, and recover losses caused by such activity.
